It's TLT - Totally Ladybug Tuesday AND my first Blog Hop!!!

**This post will stay at the top until Midnight Sunday 19th so scroll down for new posts**
Hello and welcome to the first ever LADYBUG CRAFTS INK Blog Hop. I am so excited I can't stand it lol.

The Design Team have been working and stressing for the last couple of weeks, chopping and changing their minds and ideas. I can't believe how some bits of paper and a stamp can make relatively normal (I did say relatively lol) woman into quivering wrecks...and that includes the seasoned regular blog hoppers lol.

The blog hop is to celebrate the first projects made by my new Design Team . They have all used the Mermaid Nikki image and I can't wait for you to see what they have created. They are all of a high stunningness and you will be amazed by the gorjossity of their cards rofl!

There are 3 prizes to be won on the blog hop - one stamp for each prize from the LADYBUG CRAFTS INK collection.

So what do you have to do to win? Its simple...

1. Hopefully by now you will already have the blog hop banner on your side bar to promote the hop. If not grab it now as that is the first requirement!

2. You must visit each of the DT blogs in order and leave a comment on each of their posts.

3. At the end of the hop leave a comment on my blog here.

4. There is a ladybug hidden somewhere on one of the DT blogs .... just email lisa.coe@btinternet.com and tell her where you found the ladybug.
***The ladybug is in the picture of one of DT cards...it's more obvious than you think!!***

Three winners will be chosen at random from 3 of the DT blogs.

The hop starts today and finishes on midnight Sunday 19th September. The winner will be announced here on Tuesday 21st September.

So from my blog the next step on the hop is the fabulous
ANITA. But just in case you get lost along the way here is the full list of the DT blogs in order....

TAMS

Good luck and most of all have fun!
Ok enough of that... lets get started!!!
Here's my card....

As soon as I knew Mermaid Nikki was going to be the image we were using I wanted to make another shaker card but hopefully a bit quicker than my last one lol. I had bought these little shaker box windows from Craft World and thought they would be perfect.

I cut out a square using a Nestie but had to do a bit of trimming to get the size just right. The corners of the plastic window were rounded so to disguise the gaps I filled them with Swarovski crystals. I'm hoping they kinda look like shells :-D

I wanted an unusual sentiment so I hunted through all my little boxes and came across these Junkitz tiles that I've had for years. I stamped Best Fishes using my PTI tiny alphabet with black Stazon ink...I didn't have an exclamation mark so used the 'I' again and put a crystal underneath :-D

I used beads again to recreate water.
I hope you like my card. Even if you've never left a comment before and don't want to win a prize please leave some ladybug love for my girls as they've worked so hard!

See you back here at the end of the hop and don't forget to email LISA with where you found the ladybug.
Catch ya later x

Its interesting how everyone has their own take on it and can create such different cards from the one image. Your card, as always, is beautiful. I really am going to try a shaker card now!
Thank you to you and your team for all the fun and the chance to take part! I really should get back to work now! :-)
