F14 is fixed!

Thank goodness the washing machine is fixed! I decided I wasn't going to go to the laundromat since it cost so much the last time but now I'm maybe wishing I did. Overflowing is an understatement so guess what I'll be doing the rest of this week!
In between banking, post office, calls, emailing, cutting, packing and more calls I managed to finish off this card. I used one of the other colours of Bo Bunny paper I dusted off the other day. I think Chatty Nikki definitely suits pink...especially the glittered phone :D

Nicole started her new job today...I can't remember if I said but she went for 3 jobs and got them all!!! One was administration which she's never done in her life unless you call stuffing envelopes for her dad admin lol. The second post was managerial in a big clothing store (she worked there for 8 years before she went travelling) and the 3rd came in late but it was in a jewellers in Glasgow. Can you guess which one she took? Before the jewellers post became available she had accepted the managerial job but when the jewellers came up and she got it she didn't hesitate even though it was 1/2 the salary! She trained for 3 years at Cardonald College in silversmithing and she was more excited about this job than the others. I'm so glad she took it...she'll get invaluable training in gemology and other stuff (can you tell I haven't got a clue lol!!!) that she otherwise wouldn't have been able to afford. She text me half way through the day saying 'so far so good'! I'm really looking forward to hearing all about her day and what exactly she'll be doing.

I asked her if she'd let me take pictures of the paintings she's been working on to put on my blog and she's given me the green light. I'll do that later this week as I'm off to London tomorrow morning for the day. No it's not for pleasure ie shopping!! Steven has a business meeting and I'm going along to make sure he doesn't get lost lol. I know he's going to be 19 in a few weeks time but my kids haven't been brought up street wise...better to be safe than sorry!
Gotta get dinner started. I might not get a chance to post tomorrow so if I don't I'll get you on Wednesday.
Catch ya later x
