Silly Snowmen New Release - Winter Wonderland!

Good morning Peeps! I hope you all had a good summer and are raring to get back into the swing of all things crafty ;-D Thanks to everyone who entered last months Colour/Photo Inspiration Challenge with their fabtastic makes...hop on over to the Challenge Blog to see if you were one of the winners. Sadly there were no entries using an LCI image :-( It's not a must but we do love seeing your creations using one of our images :-D

There's no better way to start a new month than with a new release! I have a thing for Snowmen...who doesn't lol ... they are too darn cute for their own good and brilliant for making quick Christmas cards...just a bit of colour and a LOT of glitter and the job is done! And to help you get your Christmas cards started we are giving away the whole collection of 10 Silly Snowmen to one person...woot woot!! All you have to do is leave a comment on the Challenge Blog and we will randomly pick a winner :-D

The theme is Winter Wonderland and judging by the weather over the last couple of days here in Scotland it's perfect!

Grab the badge at the top and add it to your blog to spread the word...the more the merrier!!

I had a bit of a disaster with the pictures of my card...I accidentally deleted them on my camera AND my laptop!!! Lucky for me (I didn't have time to make another) I had one (just one) on my phone and although it's not the best quality you can see the cute image ;-D

I must say looking at the photo it doesn't look all that but IRL it was much nicer...really lol!

I've used All Lit Up using my diffuser embossing thingamajig so the image and surrounding area were flat and the rest embossed with dots. I coloured the hat, scarf and lights with my copics and added glitter to the trees, trim and Glossy Accents to the lights. A bit of stitching around the edge, a MS punched snowflake and twined button for embellishment and computer generated sentiment completes the card. Quick and easy...my kind of card ;-D

Check out what the DT have come up with...you won't be disappointed!

Cute alert!!! I took this picture of Coen on Sunday...he has just found his finger and loves nothing more than giving it a good chew...that could only mean one thing...teething!!!! He's going to be 15 weeks old tomorrow...how did that happen???

Thanks for stopping by

Catch ya later x

Hiya GF, what a super new release. I love snowmen too...they are such a great Christmas image. I will get the banner to tell the world of the new release up on my blog later, off out to lunch in a mo. Love your card, good job you had that photo! The embossing is very classy as is that cool snowflake. Coen is growing so fast and just gets cuter by the day. Milly is 31 weeks on Friday...eek time is running away. I will try to get an email off to you really soon...it's been too long, hugs, Me xxxxx

Cannot wait to see the rest of the release, since I'm a sucker for snowmen too. I can see these images make for quick cards as your own cute sample shows, which is a good thing, since I've only made a few Christmas cards so far this year. Also have to agree with Jane: Coen is getting cuter with every picture!
