No cards but lots of pictures!

I never managed to get a midway reminder card made this week. In fact I haven't had a chance to make anything this week at all but I thought I'd show you what I did last Sunday.

Two teenage girls in my village have been raising money for Macmillan Research for 5 years now by holding coffee mornings in September or October...so far they've raised over £5000! This year they decided to hold a Christmas Fayre at our Tennis Club and asked if I would take a table. I jumped at the chance...especially as the Tennis Club was only three houses from mine! My only problem was I didn't have any stock so I spent the previous two weeks making cards, baking, making cards, baking lol. I tried to keep the cards simple with little or no colouring so I used a lot of dies with great results.

I never get anything crafty from my family for my birthday or Christmas. They say I have enough...they obviously are not crafters lol. Ladybug Julie made the fatal mistake of telling me about the Stampin' Up! Envelope Board and after doing a bit of 'research' on Pinterest and resisting for a few days decided I was going to treat myself to one for my birfday :-D It is THE best thing since sliced bread...FACT lol!!!

Wanna see what I made?? Scroll down....

Candy cane boxes...super easy to make and super cute. I used up a lot of pp that I've had for years and that can only be a good thing right.

I LOVE this. I saw a tutorial on Pinterest for this chocolate bar envelope with the Christmas Fudge poem and knew I wanted to make some for the Fayre. Again it was super easy and were very popular. A lady on the table next to me asked if I would supply some for her sweet shop!!!! I can easily adapt the poem for birthday fudge and think they would be great for men too! This one holds a 200g bar.

Christmas Poop!

I bought the individual cupcake boxes in Poundland...6 in a pack and they are great quality.

This was my first attempt at Coconut Ice and it was gorgeous. I also made salty caramels, cupcakes and Rice Krispie squares with mini red and green smarties.

It was a great day...I sold quite a bit, made a small profit and the girls raised over £1200 on the day!!!!

Here are a few of the latest pictures I've taken of Coen...he'll be 7 months old on the 22nd!! He loves bouncing in his jungle thingy but has no interest in rolling over and hates being on his tummy!!! I wonder if he's going to go from sitting straight to walking :-O

There's still time to enter my Birfday Candy competition. I now have 47 crafty bits in a box with 3 more to add which one lucky person can win. All you have to do is leave a comment on the post above and sometime on my birfday on Monday I will draw the winner!!!

Thanks for stopping by...hope you have a brilliant weekend.

Catch ya later x
