TLT - Oh Baby - New Release

Thank you to everyone who entered our Red & White Challenge....your makes were fabulicous! I am sooooo excited about this release. Baby Billie was created to celebrate the imminent arrival of my grandkidlet. We have less than a week to due date but are hoping he/she arrives sooner as Nicole is ready to burst lol.

To celebrate, the challenge will last the month of May so there's plenty of time for you to make your baby cards. The DT and 2 GD's Jane and Lyndsey have been busy creating their makes and we hope they will inspire you with new ideas.

You can win one or more of the images by visiting the DT and GD's and leaving a comment on their posts. Each week you will find a new card/project on their blogs and they will be randomly choosing 2 commentors (is this even a word???) to win the image she has used the day before the next posting so make sure you check to see if it's you!!

Isn't she the cutest thing ever!!! I've kept this card super simple. I tried adding various embellishments but they just didn't look right. The itop brad turned out to be perfect.

I cut the white cs then scored the rectangle boxes before I used a text box in Word to type sentiment, inserted Billie's Blanket and moved it until I was happy with the positioning. I then colored Baby Billie with my Copics, paper pieced the blanket, colored the heart then added glitter for a bit of sparkle. 

This card is for my friend's new grand-daughter Chiara who arrived safely on Sunday.

I've re-discovered my itop...love it! It's easy to make a brad to match your project :-D
