One For The Boys!

Hands up who can believe it's March already! My hand is firmly at my side...not sure what happened to January and February and all signs point to a speedy March too :-S

I want to thank everyone who commented on our new Floral Delight 3 release...there was a lot of love going on :-D. If you want to see if you were the winner of 4 of the new FD3 images and either of the other challenge and Top 3 winners check out the Challenge Blog here. Thank you to everyone who linked up to our Flowers Galore challenge...all entries were stunning!

Our new challenge One For The Boys comes from Ladybug Sue. The DT have used Jack and The Teenager's Josh images to guide you and I'm thinking you're gonna LOVE them :-D Although you can purchase Jack as a stamp he is now available as a digi!

I've used Policeman Jack...

.

I used the digi format for Policeman Jack. I've coloured him with my Copic's (don't look too close) and added Glossy Accents to the badges and whistle. These images are super fun and suit all ages. I know a lady who bought Policeman Jack to make a card for her policeman son!

I've been collecting Washi tape but have never felt confident enough to use it...why not???? It's so easy to use and is a nice change from using pp. I stamped the image using a Paper Smooches stamp I got from
My Mum's Craftshop. Are you familiar? They are fab and funky and have some great dies too. Anywho back to the stamping...it's awful lol. I can't remember the last time I stamped a sentiment...especially on the actual main front of a FINISHED card. Usually I'll stamp it on a piece of cs, trim and mount it. I guess I didn't have a good grip of the card and it came to meet the stamp and I did a bit of a double stamp...don't you just hate when that happens grrr! Too late to make another ;-D

I'd like to enter my card in the following challenges:

Crafting From The Heart - Anything Goes/Use dies or punches
Craft Your Passion - Birthday Bonanza
Digi Makeover Challenge - Must use digi/Anything Goes
Make It Monday - Anything Goes
Paptertake Weekly - Birthday
TTCRD - Anything Goes

Coen got some new wheels the other week and he loved them. Poor child has no shoes on...we're saving up for a pair lol.

I took this little video last week and it makes me laugh every time watch it...which is a lot! I especially love the little noise Coen lets out when Rocky barks and then sings along to the tune. You can see Ruby hiding behind Coen to the left...she's been left traumatized by Speedy Gonzales lol. If you're in his way watch out! Enjoy!

If you're looking for inspiration make sure you head over to the rest of the DT blogs.

Have a great day...catch ya later x

Fab card, Kerry! Great design and I love the colour choice.. the washi tape looks good! Is Jack after Coen for speeding!!! I think you have a budding race driver on your hands (Coen...not Jack!)

I spotted your card on in. And had to head over for a closer look! I love boy cards and I really need some inspiration for designs with washi tapes! I love them, but I must admit I find it a bit challenging to incorporate them in my designs. The bits of tapes work really well with this design!
