Who doesn't love Magnum???? Magnum & Lily are a firm favourite at LCI and you can own these two adorable critters for only £1 per stamp!!!! I hate to say it but Christmas is around the corner and these would make the perfect inexpensive gift/stocking stuffer for a crafty friend :-D

Magnum thinks he's the boss but everyone knows it's Lily lol.

I adore Buttercup In The Dog House...she's just the sweetest pup...apart from Rocky and Ruby of course lol. I love colouring her dog house...not sure why as I can never get a wood look but it always seems to come out ok.

I'm home!

Hellooooooooo!!! I'm back and raring to go :-D I know there are a few sad faces in blog land after the announcement that Ladybug Crafts Ink is closing down but there's no need. It's a decision that was a long time in coming...especially since I started looking after Coen back in February. It's all good. I will take a break from blogging for a while after the end of September but I'll be back! Thank you for all your lovely messages of support :-D

I arrived home on Wednesday morning from my amazing month back home in Vancouver. I had THE BEST time though by the start of the 3rd week I was thinking it was time to get back to Scotland and the wee man. I missed him terribly and he was asleep when I came through to arrivals but as soon as he woke and saw me he had the biggest smile :-D I woke to daily videos and pictures and I must say he has come on so much...he's running...yes RUNNING...and chatting away. He got his first haircut on Tuesday and looks like a proper little boy now! I was supposed to have yesterday off to recuperate from my 30 hours with 1 1/2 hours sleep but my SIL had to go into work so I was thrown in at the deep end lol. Look what happened when my back was turned lol...

I'm glad you're taking advantage of the hubby is too...he's looking forward to being able to park his car in the garage again lol. I'll be packing the orders from today so they should be arriving on your doorsteps next week.

I don't have a lot of time to craft so thought I'd show you cards that I've posted over the years. It's been great looking through them although in some of them I wondered what the heck I was thinking lol.

I've used Gotcha! from the Jack & Robyn Christmas Collection...these images always make me smile

The final LCI challenge - EVER!

Can you tell from the post title what I'm about to say? Well there's no sugar coating this so here goes...after 5 years I have decided it's time close Ladybug Crafts Ink. Although I am a bit sad I feel very blessed that I was able to fulfill my dream of having my own stamp collections and sharing them with the craft world. I have had a great time...'met' a lot of wonderful people, have made amazing friends and have worked with talented illustrators. My Design Team and Guest Designers have been THE BEST.

For the Grand Finale I have invited retired Ladybugs and GD's to join in the celebrations so if you go over to the
Challenge Blog you will need to put the kettle on because there will be a lot to see lol. We are all choosing our favourite Ladybug Crafts Ink image ... stamp or digital so the obvious theme for our final challenge is FAVOURITE IMAGE. I hope some of the entries will include LCI images :-D

Of course there is a sale starting TODAY for the month of September. All stamps are a pound and there will be 30% off ribbon, felt, nailheads, and buttons. The Swarovski Crystals are NOT in the sale and all sales will be final. There will also be a free gift with every purchase! Keep your eyes peeled for additions to the sale.

Nikki & Friends was my first collection and although I love all the images from all the collections,  Original Nikki is my favourite because she was the first one I saw when her illustrator emailed me the first drafts. It was love at first sight lol.

Here is my card....

I hope you will join us in our last ever challenge. The sale ends September 30th but make sure you shop early so as not to be disappointed!
