Another family birthday...this time it's my MIL's and it's today :-D She doesn't do computer's so will be oblivous to this post lol. I mailed the card on Monday with her prezzie but so far it hasn't arrived :-( Mail to Dublin is a NIGHTMARE...Fingers crossed she'll get it tomorrow.
Anywho, this is what I came up with....
I used Get Up And Go Wrinkley...she and my MIL share an uncanny resemblance lol. I used one of my favourite MME pad's Stella Rose - Mabel.
Now I don't know if you've ever done this but I've paper pieced my paper pieced chair!! First I stamped the chair onto the turquoise paper and cut it out. Then I stamped it on the floral paper and cut out just the flowers to give the chair a lift! Boy I hope MIL appreciates the cutting in those flowers lol. I had a bit of a 'mare sticking them on...I used my GA which wasn't clever (and wouldn't recommend for small pieces) as it kinda squidged out a bit so to hide the fact it was a bit of a mess I GA'd the flowers so it looked like the chair should be shiny in places lol.
I do hope MIL likes it when it eventually arrives :-D
